A Click of The Switch

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16 KJV

The illumination of our life is meant to reflect Christ within us, drawing all mankind unto Him. Purposed to bring the Father glory. Undeniably, He is the true source of enlightenment that beams from a surrendered heart.

However, there are times, we land center stage basking in the warmth of the spotlight. Such moments of self-exaltation tend to block others from seeing Christ within us.

Take a moment. Reflect upon the light. Have you landed center stage?

Is His light shining from within, or is there a spotlight resting upon you?

It is never the intent of a follower of Christ to black out the image of God, but that is what the spotlight does.

With a click of the switch, we can redirect the light, and give the Father glory.
