The stone has been rolled away!
Matthew 28:2
The tomb was empty!
He is not here; for He is risen, as He said.
Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
Matthew 28:6 NKJV
The Father emptied the tomb, then sent His Spirit to fill the temple.
But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.
John 14:26 AMP
Christ rose from the dead. Ascended, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
Truly, He is the resurrection and the life!
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. John 11:25 NKJV
When we said, “Yes,” to Christ, and asked Him to be the Lord of our life, we became his dwelling place. It is in us - Christ lives!
For, I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Galatians 2:20 NKJV
We are His temple.
Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NKJV
Our, “Yes,” shifted the heavens, and within that moment, Christ rolled the stone from our heart. His Spirit took residence, and transformed our hearts of stone.
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 26:36 NIV
He has transformed the empty cavern of our soul into His temple, imparting onto us everlasting life. Abundant life!
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:10 NKJV
We have been named, called, and counted.
See what an incredible quality of love the Father has shown to us, that we would [be permitted to] be named and called and counted the children of God! And so we are! For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
1 John 3:1 AMP
Our spiritual inheritance is endless in Father God!
We are saved.
Salvation
For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13 NIV
We are adopted.
Adoption
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Romans 8:15 KJV
We have been given authority.
Authority
Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you. Luke 10:19 AMP
We are free!
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36 NIV
Liberty
Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
2Corinthians 3:17 NKJV
Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1 NKJV
In Christ, we are made new!
New Creation
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV
The stone of our old life has been rolled away!
Through Christ, we have been made new!
Every shadow of sin has been consumed by His Light!
Shame no longer imprisons us!
Nor, guilt bind us!
We are a free people!
Transformed!
His power is at work in us!
God raised Jesus from death. And if God’s Spirit lives in you, he will also give life to your bodies that die. Yes, God is the one who raised Christ from death, and he will raise you to life through his Spirit living in you. Romans 8:11ERV
God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. Glory to God in the church! Glory to God in the Messiah, in Jesus! Glory down all the generations! Glory through all millennia! Oh, yes! Ephesians 3:20 MSG
May we be in agreement with the Word, and come out from the confinements of our mental crypt! For, His power is at work within us. Let us change our wrong thinking, and be made new by the renewing of our mind. (Romans 12:2) Let us stop living as tomb dwellers. It is time to… “COME OUT!”…in His resurrection power!
It is part of God’s design. Purposed in heaven. An empty tomb. A Spirit filled temple.
Christ came, and died, and rose again, so that His Spirit may dwell in us! Amen.
Let us live victoriously for His glory!
The stone has been rolled away!
He’s alive in us!
Prayer
Father,
My heart leaps in celebration of all You have done for me.
Your plan.
Your purpose.
Your design!
From an empty tomb to a Spirit filled temple, Christ lives in me. Hallelujah!
My heart is filled with great thanksgiving!
May my life glorify You!
So be it, Lord.
Christ has risen, that we may rise again!
Amen
Maybe, you never asked the Father to roll the stone away from your heart...
and invite the Spirit of God to dwell within you? Let today be the acceptable day.
Father God,
I pray, that You would roll away any stone from my heart that has kept You out of my life. I invite you to come into the cavern of my soul. Holy Spirit fill me, that I may be Your dwelling place, for I acknowledge that Jesus is Lord.
Father, I accept Your plan, Your purpose, and Your design for my life. With God, I have been raised from spiritual death, and now have life eternal. In Christ, I am born again!
I celebrate this moment - my spiritual resurrection day !
Amen
